1 General Terms

• Bonus arbitrage or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions.

• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassment or misconduct toward other members.
• Creating or maintaining an account with false information.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• In cases of legal obligation.

Members may also request account closure at any time. All valid withdrawable balances will be returned before the account is closed.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

j3333 reserves the right to partially or fully change, amend, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published.

• If a member does not agree with the updated terms and conditions, they may request to close their account.
